Never practised before? Every beginner enters the same way — through the Basic Block. Three days of classes cover how the system is built, the safety rules, the seven starting frequencies and the home-practice routine that follows the course.
Already practising? Tell a mentor which blocks you have completed and how long you have practised. He will match that against the school's requirements and name the level open to you today.
Our classroom is in Furmanny Lane, Moscow; remote groups join by video and ask questions live during the session. Everything we teach belongs to the field of spiritual development. It is not a medical or psychological service and does not replace consulting a qualified professional.
We teach the system of V. A. Petrov. The path consists of eight blocks, from a first introduction through to the advanced programmes. You can study in our Moscow classroom or remotely, live on video. The syllabus, the price, the enrolment calendar and the requirements for students are all published in advance, before you commit to anything.

“Are there hidden commitments?”
There are no hidden terms, no compulsory renewals and no extra fees. There is a course, a mentor, and your freedom to stop at any point.
“Will I owe the school anything?”
Only the price of the course you choose. The school collects no subscriptions, no membership dues and no donations.
“What if it is not for me?”
That is exactly what the free online meeting is for. If it does not fit, you simply do not continue; we will not call back or try to talk you round.

Who the classes suit: beginners and existing practitioners
The order is strict and the same for everyone. Beginners open the path with the Basic Block. Practising students confirm their background before the next level. The full route is assembled step by step, according to your experience and your mentor's advice.

Limits of the method
What we tell you before you enrol
We set out the limits of the method in advance and without softening them. Our programmes are spiritual development and personal discipline. They are not medical, psychological or legal services and they do not substitute for those professionals.
No diagnosis, no treatment
Our practices are not intended to identify illness, treat it or override a doctor's prescriptions.
We promise no identical outcome
Your personal result depends on your starting point, how regularly you practise, how precisely you follow instructions and your contact with a mentor.
No advanced block without the groundwork
You move up only after finishing the previous level, putting in the practice and discussing your readiness.
Discipline is required
Students are required to follow the safety technique, stay within the permitted load and close each session properly.
Consent and other people's boundaries
We deal separately with neutrality of intent, respect for other people's boundaries and the absolute ban on working on anyone without their consent.
Feeling unwell? See a doctor
If your health concerns you, physical or mental, there is one correct step: consult a qualified doctor.
Limits stated out loud build trust. You can ask about the content, the mentor, the format and the requirements beforehand.

Eight levels: from the introductory block to the advanced programmes
Each block is a complete stage in itself
Each block is completed in its own right. We only discuss the next one once the previous is closed and the practice period is behind you. This keeps the order intact, makes the real workload visible and stops anyone taking a level blind.

What the introductory block contains
Over three days students cover the introductory theory and safety rules, receive initiation into the seven starting frequencies and are given exercises worked through with a mentor.
- Farun-Buddha, Firast, Shaon, Zeus, Midi, Gektas and Anael;
- posture, concentration and the order in which frequencies are opened;
- the Pearl, the Shell and the Motor-Well techniques;
- rules for safe load and for closing a practice;
- a home-practice plan and feedback from a mentor.

Beginners take the introductory block. Advanced levels become available after the compulsory programmes and confirmation of your background.

How it works
A student's path: from the first question to independent practice
Nothing here is chosen at random. First we discuss your goal and your level, then the rules and the class format. By the end you have a clear plan for further work and a mentor you can turn to with practical questions.

Where should I start?
With no experience, only with the Basic Block. If you already have a background, a mentor will name the level open to you.
Can I really study remotely?
Several blocks run remotely and live. The platform, the Moscow time slot and the preparation are agreed in advance.
What status do the certificates have?
They are the school's internal records that a programme has been completed. They have nothing to do with state diplomas or medical qualifications.
Where do I find prices and dates?
We give the current terms before enrolment: by phone, through the form on this site or via our official messengers.
Can the practices replace a doctor?
No. This is study and spiritual practice. It does not replace examination, a doctor, a psychologist or prescribed treatment.
