Three questions people ask before enrolling
People usually ask the same things before writing to us. Here are the answers straight away — no persuasion, no pressure.
“Will I owe the school anything?”
Nothing beyond the course you paid for. There are no subscriptions, membership fees or “voluntary” contributions. The books and articles are free to read.
“What if I do not like it?”
For that there is a free online session. If it does not suit you, simply leave: nobody will call you or try to persuade you.

Questions about the books and the Academy’s materials
Do I have to buy the books in order to study?
No. The teaching manual is given to students of the Basic Block; the other books are extra reading. The training itself is built on classes with a mentor.
Can I learn the practice from the books on my own?
No. The books contain no step-by-step instructions for working with the frequencies. Practice begins only after the safety technique has been explained and the initiation given.
Where can I get printed copies?
Check availability with a mentor: some print runs are archival. Write on Telegram or call and we will tell you what is available now.
Which book should a beginner start with?
If you are only getting acquainted, start with “The Dance of Shiva”. If you are already studying, the manual “Cosmoenergetics for People” will be more useful.
Do the books replace seeing a doctor?
No. The Academy’s materials belong to the field of spiritual development and personal discipline. They contain no medical advice.

Three ways to start — one basic programme
The course is designed for beginners. No prior experience is needed, but you must be willing to follow the safety rules and do the practical assignments regularly.
Start getting to know the method for yourself
Suitable for anyone who wants to learn the foundations of the method step by step: the rules for working with the frequencies and how to practise on your own.
The course covers:

- the Pearl, the Shell and the Motor-Well;

In the Academy’s programme the Basic Block is the first compulsory level, before the Buddhist Block, the Magic Block and the levels beyond.
