A cosmoenergetics warrior is a person who has reached a high level of awareness of Reality and gained inner stability. This means that he perceives the world not only as a physical shell around him, but as a multi-layered system of energies, meanings and interconnections.

His vision becomes clear through training attention, discipline and inner balance, which lets him see deeper than what lies on the surface. He builds a solid foundation in himself: clarity of intention, balanced emotions and the ability to act consciously even when changes are unpredictable.

Inner stability — without it any person becomes a toy in the hands of the mighty Forces of the Universe. He knows how to hold his focus here and now, avoiding fixation on the past or the future, in order to be aware of his own existence in this very time locus.

His attention does not wander between memories and worries: he practises presence techniques such as steady rhythmic breathing observation, sensory fixation of the moment and conscious experience of every action.

A strong inner base helps him not to give in to fear, anger or temptation, to keep a clear gaze and not to lose direction even under the influence of external energies and difficult situations.
