Cosmoenergetics is a practical system of work with energies and frequencies created by academician V. A. Petrov. It helps to restore strength, to calm the mind and to develop perception — through attunement to cosmic frequencies, without religion and without medical promises.

What is cosmoenergetics in plain words
Picture a radio receiver: to hear the wave you need, it is tuned to a frequency. Cosmoenergetics works in a similar way: a person is attuned to particular “cosmic frequencies” — energy-information channels with different properties. Some help to relax and release tension, others to gather strength, others again to develop attention and perception.
There is no more mysticism in this than in tuning a receiver: there is a frequency, there is the person’s attention, and there is a result — a changed state and well-being.
The history of the method
The method was created by Vladimir Alexandrovich Petrov, a researcher who brought together ancient knowledge of work with energies and the modern understanding of the human being. Today classical cosmoenergetics is passed on by his direct students at the V. A. Petrov Cosmoenergetics Academy in Moscow — carefully, without distortions and “author’s improvements”.

The main principles
Four principles set the method apart from “quick practices” and rituals:
Work with frequencies. The instrument of the method is the cosmic frequencies, not “personal magical power”.
Step by step. The training goes in levels — from the Basic Block to the deep levels, with protections and the safety technique.
Practice instead of belief. You do not need to “believe” in the frequencies — it is enough to practise and observe the result.
Safety. The load is increased gradually; experiments on your own without a mentor are not encouraged.
How the training goes
The path begins with the Basic Block — the course for newcomers: the basics of the method, the protections and the first frequencies. Further on come Buddhist Block, Magister Block, Hutta Block and the additional programmes: Egregor Zoroastrianism, Fire Flower.

What the practice gives
Practitioners most often note four results:
Restoration of strength. Sessions and practices release accumulated tension and improve sleep.
Emotional steadiness. Attention and breathing become instruments of self-regulation.
Development of perception. Subtle sight and sensitivity to energies gradually open up.
Clarity and support. Calm and a sense of direction in life.
What cosmoenergetics is NOT
Not a religion. The method respects any convictions and does not require belief.
Not medicine. Cosmoenergetics does not cure and does not replace a doctor — it is a practice of working with your state and your resources.
Not “household magic”. No spells and no rituals — only a system of attunement and attention.
Not a promise of miracles. The result depends on the regularity of practice and is always individual.
How to start getting acquainted
The first step is an introductory session: a group session on Sundays, free to attend by appointment. The second is chakra diagnostics: an assessment of the energy centres and recommendations. The third is Basic Block for those who want to practise on their own.
