Introductory training in cosmoenergetics

A starting programme for beginners: 7 base frequencies, the safety technique, the attunements and practice with a mentor.

The course suits complete beginners. No previous experience is needed: the mentor explains the terms, the order of work with the frequencies, the load regime and the rules for finishing a practice. After the three days of study you begin your own groundwork with feedback.

Doubts are normal

Three questions people ask before enrolling

People usually ask the same things before writing to us. Here are the answers straight away — no persuasion, no pressure.

Doubt 2

“Will I owe the school anything?”

Nothing beyond the course you paid for. There are no subscriptions, fees or “voluntary” contributions.

Doubt 3

“What if I do not like it?”

For that there is a free online session. If it does not suit you, simply leave: nobody will call you or try to persuade you.

Why people start here

The introductory training is not a lecture but 3 days of practice with a mentor

You will not be listening to theory for hours. You take the stance straight away, try switching on Farun-Buddha and feel how your body responds. Mistakes are fine — the mentor will correct you gently and in a friendly way.

Hands-on

You try things straight away instead of taking notes

The first hour is for getting acquainted, after that it is practice. You switch a frequency on, hold it, then talk about what you felt. That sticks about five times better than reading a book.

Clear

We explain without esoteric fog

No “cosmic vibrations at 25 Hz”. We say it plainly: where you stand, where your attention goes, when to close. If something is unclear, ask — questions are welcome.

Support

A chat with your mentor for 2 months

You are not left alone after the three days. You write on Telegram — “I overheated after Zeus” — and get an answer within a day and adjust the load. That is what training really is.

Who the introductory training is made for

Three ways to start — one base programme

The course is designed for beginners. No prior experience is needed, but you must be willing to follow the safety rules and do the practical assignments regularly.

Cosmoenergetics training for your own practice
Personal practice

To get to know cosmoenergetics for yourself

This suits anyone who wants to study the basics of the method calmly, learn to work with attention and get a basic routine for practising on their own.

The course covers:

  • the seven frequencies of the first level;
  • the stance and the rules of concentration;
  • the practical parts of the course;
  • the routine of groundwork after the course.

Introductory training for specialists who work with people
Starting without experience

To learn the method under a mentor’s guidance

The introductory training helps you avoid chaotic attempts on your own: the student is given a sequence of actions and the limits before any practice begins.

The course covers:

  • preparing for a session;
  • the safety technique;
  • the permissible load;
  • feedback after the course.

The path ahead

To prepare for the school’s next levels

The first level lays the ground for the Buddhist Block, the Magic Block and the programmes beyond, but moving on is discussed only after a period of practice.

The course covers:

  • initiation into the 7 frequencies;
  • theory and practice;
  • independent groundwork;
  • a consultation before continuing.
All the levels

Honestly about the limits

When the introductory training is better postponed

The first level is open to almost everyone, and yet there are situations in which we ask you to wait or to choose another path. Read this section before enrolling — the decision will be calmer and more considered.

Expectations

If you need a result “after the first class”

Three days of study give you an understanding of the method and a first experience, but not an instant change. After that come weeks of steady practice at home. We do not promise everyone the same result and we do not build the training on the impression of the first day.

Routine

If you do not have 20 minutes a day for practice right now

The groundwork after the course matters more than the days of study themselves. If you are moving house, in the middle of a rush project or going through a hard time, choose a calmer month — the knowledge does not expire and groups are formed regularly.

Instructions

If you are not ready to keep to the order and the limits

The first level teaches simple but compulsory things: how to stand, how long to hold, how to finish a session correctly. Working around these rules “your own way” or speeding the programme up is not allowed — it is the order that makes the practice safe.

Ethics

If you want to work on people without their consent

One of the course topics is personal boundaries, consent and neutrality of intention. Practice aimed “at a person” who has not asked and does not know about it is not part of the Academy’s programme and is not taught in class.

Doubts

If you are simply curious for now and want to take a look

That is normal and gets in the way of nothing. Start with the free materials, watch the videos and read the articles, ask the mentor your questions. Enrolling without inner readiness is not what we consider a good start.

Ask a question

Saying no, or pausing, are normal answers too. If now is not the time, the mentor will say so honestly and suggest where to begin getting acquainted without signing up for the course.

What the first level contains

The seven base frequencies of the introductory training

The names and purpose of the frequencies are given in the terminology of the V. A. Petrov school. During the course the mentor explains the order of work, the safety rules and the routine of independent practice.

01

Farun-Buddha

The introductory frequency of the initial training. In class you go through the order of work, the stance, the length of the practice and calm observation of your own condition.

About the Farun-Buddha frequency
02

Firast

A base frequency with which the student learns to prepare the space, keep to the order of actions and finish the practice without overload.

About the Firast frequency
03

Shaon

It is studied as part of the first level and in combination with other frequencies. The mentor explains the permissible load and the rules of self-observation.

About the Shaon frequency
04

Zeus

In the programme it is treated as an amplifying frequency. Particular attention goes to combinations, to the length of the work and to finishing a session in good time.

About the Zeus frequency
05

Midi

The first half of the Midi–Gektas pair. The student learns to tell the working modes apart, to note observations and to ask questions about independent practice.

About the Midi–Gektas pair
06

Gektas

The second half of the Midi–Gektas pair. The practice is built up gradually: switching on, observing, finishing and discussing the experience with the mentor.

About the Midi–Gektas pair
07

Anael

In the starting programme it is linked with the theme of harmonious interaction, the ethics of intention and respect for other people’s personal boundaries.

About the Anael frequency
The programme also includes: the practitioner’s stance, the rules of a safe load, the “Pearl”, the “Shell” and the “Motor-Well” sequence. Independent practice begins only after the mentor has explained the technique.

The Academy’s training programme

The introductory training is the first of eight consecutive levelsFrom meeting the method to the highest-level programmes

Each level is studied separately. You move on to the next one after completing the programme, after a period of independent practice and after discussing your readiness with a mentor.

First level

What the introductory training in cosmoenergetics includes

The three days of study bring together the introductory theory, the safety technique, the attunements to the seven base frequencies and practical assignments under a mentor’s guidance.

  • Farun-Buddha, Firast, Shaon, Zeus, Midi, Gektas and Anael;
  • the stance, concentration and the order of opening the frequencies;
  • the Pearl, the Shell and the Motor-Well;
  • the rules of a safe load and of finishing a practice;
  • a plan for independent groundwork and the mentor’s feedback.

A step before enrolling

An online session: see how it works without deciding anything

Many people come to a session first and only then enrol for the training. That is a normal order: the session shows the mentor’s manner, the pace and the general atmosphere — and commits you to nothing.

Online · by appointment · Moscow time

A calm introduction before any payment

You connect from home, listen to a short explanation, take part in the shared section and can ask questions. Afterwards the mentor will explain how a session differs fundamentally from the training: at a session you are a participant, on the course you are a student who receives the attunements and learns to work on their own.

An important limitation

The sessions and the training belong to spiritual development; they are not a medical service and do not replace diagnosis, consultation or treatment by a doctor.

months — the recommended period of independent practice with feedback

After the three days of classes

What you can actually do once the course is over

Without grand phrases: here are the concrete study skills learned at the first level and consolidated during the first weeks of practice at home.

Practice

Running a session from beginning to end

You know how to prepare, how to stand, how long to hold your attention, by which signs to tell it is time to stop, and how to close the practice correctly instead of leaving it half-done.

Safety

Not overloading yourself at the start

You go through the beginner’s typical mistakes: “more and longer”, practising when tired, trying to open everything at once. You understand where a pause matters more than effort.

Diary

Keeping short notes and seeing the dynamics

Three lines after a session — the date, the length, an observation. A month later those lines show your regularity and which questions are worth bringing to your mentor.

Route

Understanding what comes next and when

The Buddhist Block is not “straight after” but after a period of practice and a conversation about readiness. You know the criteria for moving on and will not rush the programme.

Contact

Putting a question in a way that gets an answer

“Something feels off” turns into “the third day running my head feels heavy after the session, I held it for 15 minutes”. With a question like that the mentor can help quickly and to the point.

How the training is arranged

How the Academy runs the first level

A clear order instead of mystery: first we explain the limits, then we give the practice, then we support you through the period of groundwork. Below are the principles the Academy works by.

Experience

The Academy has been working since 2000

The introductory training is the entrance to a multi-year eight-level programme, not a one-off master class. The Academy has an address in Moscow, official contacts and open terms.

Order

The rules are explained before the first attunement

The student first learns about the permissible load, the pauses and how to finish a session, and only then receives the practice. The Academy never does it the other way round.

Mentor

You can ask questions after the course too

The days of study come to an end; the support does not. During your groundwork you write to your mentor, go over mistakes and check the order of what you do.

Pace

Nobody is moved up a level automatically

The next block is discussed after practice and an assessment of readiness. Paying for the course does not mean automatic admission to the levels beyond.

Document

A personalised Academy certificate

It confirms that an internal training programme has been completed. It is not a state-recognised document and not a medical qualification — we say so plainly.

See the samples

Everything can be checked before payment: who will be teaching, what the programme consists of, which format is available and what the support after the course includes.

Who will be teaching you

The mentors of the first level and the Academy’s open rules

The introductory training is led by the Academy’s practising mentors — the same people who accompany students at the levels beyond. You can get to know them before enrolling, not after paying.

The introductory training is the first of eight levels

You see the whole route at once: what comes after the first level, what the next levels require and how long the groundwork usually takes.

Safety

The limits of the method are spoken out loud

The Academy’s practices are not a medical or psychological service and do not replace professional help. This is stated in the very first class.

Verifiability

A real address, documents and live contacts

The address in Moscow, the phone, Telegram, MAX, VK, specimen certificates and the terms of the programme are all open — you can check them before enrolling.

The Academy’s expeditions

Karelia: where those who started at the first level travel

The expeditions are not a compulsory part of the training and not a reward for the course. They are a separate format of the Academy in which the practice of attention continues on a trip: the route, the discipline of the group, the cultural context of the north and mentors alongside.

Preparation

The terms are discussed long before departure

The route, the make-up of the group, the kit, the physical load and any health restrictions are talked through in advance, so that the trip does not turn into an unpleasant surprise.

Support

The group is led by the Academy’s mentors

The daily routine, the stopping points, safety on the rocks and the ethics of taking part are explained before the start. A newcomer is never left alone with the route.

The limits of the method

The trip is not a healing programme

An expedition belongs to the Academy’s educational and practical format. No treatment, no healing and no guaranteed result are promised.

The Academy’s documents

A personalised certificate once the programme is completed

The certificate records completion of an internal training programme of the Academy and is not a state-recognised document.
