On this site cosmoenergetics is described as a spiritual practice and as training in self-regulation skills. The materials do not replace the help of doctors and other specialists.

This section shows what the first level contains, so that you know the content of the programme before you get in touch. The names are given in the terminology of the V. A. Petrov school. Every frequency has its own page on the site with a detailed description — the links are collected here. Individual experience depends on how regularly you practise, on following the instructions and on your mentor’s feedback.

The introductory frequency of the first level. A separate page on the site explains the order of opening, the stance, the length of the practice and how to observe your own condition.

In the school’s tradition it belongs to the basic cleansing frequencies. The page describes the order of the work, how to prepare the space and how to finish a session correctly.
About the Firast frequencyShaon
It is studied as part of the basic sequence and in combination with other frequencies. The description covers the order of switching on, the permissible load and the rules of self-observation.

How the training goes: from your first question to practising on your own
We never ask you to choose a programme blindly. First we discuss your aim and your background, then we explain the rules and the format. After the course you are left with a clear plan for your own practice and a mentor you can ask organisational questions.
