The Basic course is completed
The student must have taken the first level, know the seven basic frequencies and understand how to finish the practice safely.
About the Basic courseSecond level of the Academy · Moscow and online
A continuation of the programme for graduates of the Basic course: 20 frequencies, safety rules and practice with a mentor.
Before the start you need to complete the Basic course and a period of independent groundwork. The mentor will check your preparation and explain the sequence of the twenty frequencies, the limitations and the order of further practice.
Admission to the second level
This block helps you quickly decide whether to enrol on the Buddhist Block or to go back to the Basic course and groundwork first.
The student must have taken the first level, know the seven basic frequencies and understand how to finish the practice safely.
About the Basic courseRegularity, watching your own state and a willingness to discuss the load with a mentor all matter.
The student separates spiritual practice from medical care and respects personal boundaries.
The Buddhist Block has a higher study load, so moving on should not be automatic.
If the first level was taken long ago or at another school, it is better to start with a consultation and a check of your route.
In your request, state the date of the Basic course, your mentor, the period of practice and the training format you would like.
Check your readinessIf the Basic course has not been taken, start with the first level. The Buddhist Block is not meant for learning from scratch.
Limits and admission
The second level requires basic preparation. This block helps you not to take the wrong route and not to enrol too early.
The Buddhist Block is not training from scratch. Start with the Basic course to learn the seven frequencies and the safety rules.
Start with the Basic BlockMoving to the second level is best discussed after a period of independent groundwork and questions to the mentor.
Before the twenty frequencies it is important to have a confident grasp of the stance, the acceptable load and the order of finishing the practice.
The Academy’s practices belong to spiritual development and do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment or psychological help.
The Academy promises no identical result for everyone. What matters is regularity, discipline and the mentor’s feedback.
In that case it is better to start with a consultation: the mentor will look at your background and suggest a safe next step.
Check your readinessHonest admission raises the quality of the training. If it is too early to move to the second level, the mentor will suggest a safe route of preparation.
About the second level of training
At the second level the student studies twenty frequencies, clarifies the rules of combinations, raises the discipline of practice and receives recommendations for independent groundwork.
The course covers individual frequencies and paired series, their place in the programme and the rules for choosing the sequence under the mentor's guidance.
First the limitations and safety rules are clarified, then the attunements and practical assignments set out in the programme take place.
How long the practice lasts depends on your preparation and regularity. The mentor helps to go through questions and to assess readiness for the Magic Block.
Who the Buddhist Block is for
The course is intended for students who have already mastered the basic safety rules and are ready to widen their practice under the guidance of a mentor.

Suitable for those who have mastered the seven basic frequencies, did independent practice and want to move consistently to the next block.

The course can be seen as an additional personal discipline for specialists who care about boundaries, ethics and finishing their work properly.

The Buddhist Block is the second level before the Magic Block, the Magister Block and the Academy's later programmes.

Each level is studied separately. Moving to the next level happens after the programme has been completed, after independent groundwork and after readiness has been discussed with the mentor.
A compulsory condition

A consultation before the course
This is an organisational meeting before the course: no promises of results and no replacement for the main training programme.
The mentor clarifies how the Basic course went, the period of independent practice, questions about the safety rules, the training format and the nearest dates.

Suitable if the Basic course was taken at the Academy and you need organisational information.
Necessary if the first level was taken at another school or there was a long break.
The Academy’s practices belong to spiritual development, are not a medical service and do not replace help from a doctor or psychologist.
Sessions of the Academy
The period of learning the twenty frequencies lasts longer than the Basic course. The Academy's sessions are held separately from the training and help to keep the practice regular.
A session does not replace the second level programme and is not part of it. It is a separate format that students of the Academy turn to during independent groundwork.

A shared format for practitioners of the Academy, joining from home.
Personal time with a mentor at convenient hours.
The sessions belong to spiritual development, are not a medical service and do not replace diagnosis, consultation or treatment by a doctor.

After the Buddhist Block
No promises of results: this is about clear study actions that the student masters on the course and consolidates during the groundwork on the twenty frequencies.
The student knows the composition of the Buddhist series, the purpose of each frequency and its place relative to the basic seven.
After the mentor’s explanation the student understands the order of opening the frequencies, the rules of combining them and how to close a session.
Twenty frequencies need longer groundwork: pauses, signs of overload and gradualness are covered.
Keeping notes helps you see your regularity, compare states and formulate questions for the mentor.
The third level is discussed after the programme has been completed, after a period of independent practice and after an assessment of readiness.
You learn which observations and questions matter for the support that follows the course.

The programme, the make-up of the group, kit recommendations and the restrictions are discussed in advance.
The organisational details, the daily routine, safety and the ethics of taking part are explained before the route begins.

The Academy’s documents
After the Buddhist Block the student receives a personalised certificate of the second level. The Academy uses a separate sample for each completed programme; the document records that an internal study programme has been taken and is not a state-recognised document.

Materials for the practice

Formats of the Buddhist Block
The content of the second level stays the same in every option: theory, safety rules, attunements, practice and recommendations for the groundwork. What differs is how the classes are organised and the schedule.
A format for those who value being there in person and immediate feedback.
Before the start the student receives instructions on connecting and on preparing the space.
Useful if the group dates do not fit or you need to discuss your preparation separately.
Academy videos
Two introductory videos help you get to know the terminology, the Academy's approach and the logic of moving from the Basic course to the next levels.

Independent groundwork
After the course the student continues practising in the sequence they were given. The point of this block is to remind you of the rules for organising the work safely, without setting out any protocols on the page.
Do not open all the frequencies at once and do not increase the duration without agreeing it with the mentor.
Note the date, the duration, the combinations used and your own observations, without trying to make diagnoses.
If doubts arise about the sequence or about how you feel, the practice should be stopped and feedback requested.
A guideline of several months is not a guaranteed term: the pace depends on regularity, on the load and on the mentor's feedback.
