Two mentors teach every level. You can meet them before enrolling: ask about their experience, their approach and what support you get after the course.
All the levels are taught by Sergey and Svetlana Sabantsev — direct students of V. A. Petrov. Not a “team of experts” with thirty faces on a website, but two mentors who know every student by name and stay in touch after the course.

Doubts are normal
Three questions people ask before enrolling
People usually ask the same things before writing to us. Here are the answers straight away — no persuasion, no pressure.
“Will I owe the school anything?”
Nothing beyond the course you paid for. There are no subscriptions, fees or “voluntary” contributions.
“What if I do not like it?”
For that there is a free online session. If it does not suit you, simply leave: nobody will call you or try to persuade you.

How the training is built
What “studying with a mentor” means, as opposed to a video course
The difference is not the amount of material but the fact that someone watches your particular practice and corrects it in time. Here is how that works.
The rules and limits come before the first practice
A student first learns about the acceptable workload, the pauses and how to close a session properly, and only then receives the attunements. The Academy never does it the other way round.
The stance and the order of work are demonstrated live
Text cannot convey it: you need to see the posture, hear the tempo and try it yourself with a mentor who corrects you on the spot.
Mistakes are discussed, not hushed up
Asking is normal. The question “my head feels heavy after the class” matters more than ten correct answers in a test.
The contact stays after the classes end
The groundwork happens at home over weeks. Throughout that time you can write, send your observations and check the order of the steps.

Paying for a course does not automatically admit you to the next one. Moving on is discussed after a period of practice and an honest assessment.

On paper every school’s programme looks alike. The difference is what happens between the classes and after them.
The training has real names behind it
You know who teaches you, where the Academy is and how to reach it. This is not an anonymous course with nobody answerable for it.
The limits of the method are spoken out loud
The Academy’s practices belong to spiritual development. They do not replace a doctor — and that is said in the very first class, not in small print.
Nobody is moved up automatically
The eight levels take years, not a month. Hurrying here harms both the outcome and your well-being.

Who teaches at the Academy?
All the levels are taught by Sergey and Svetlana Sabantsev, direct students of V. A. Petrov. The teaching is not handed to outside instructors and is never delivered as a recording.
Can I meet a mentor before enrolling?
Yes, and that is the right order. Write on Telegram or call: discuss your background, the format and your expectations. A conversation costs nothing.
What support do you get after the course?
While you practise on your own you can write to your mentor: check the order of the steps, go through your observations and discuss safety questions.
Are the classes on site or over video?
Both. On site in Moscow at Furmanny Pereulok, or online over a live video link. The Academy never runs pre-recorded courses without a mentor.
How many people are there in a group?
Groups are small, so every student’s practice can be seen and corrected in time. A one-to-one format on an agreed schedule is also possible.
What if I studied at another school?
Tell us where and when. A mentor will compare your background with the Academy’s programme and suggest the level from which it makes sense to continue.
Do the mentors give medical advice?
No. The Academy’s practices belong to spiritual development and personal discipline. They do not replace diagnosis, consultation or treatment by a doctor.

Which programme should I start with?
Beginners are recommended the Basic Block. If you already have a background, the level open to you is confirmed with a mentor.
Can I study online?
Several programmes are available live and remotely. The platform, the Moscow time and the preparation are agreed in advance.
What status do the certificates have?
These are internal Academy documents confirming that a programme was completed. They are not state diplomas or medical qualifications.
How do I check the price and the schedule?
The current terms are confirmed before enrolment by phone, through the form or in the Academy’s official messengers.
Do the practices replace medical care?
No. The materials belong to teaching and spiritual practice and do not replace diagnosis, a doctor, a psychologist or prescribed treatment.
