Seven frequencies, each with a clear purpose
In class you go through Farun-Buddha, Firast, Shaon, Zeus, Midi, Gektas and Anael: what each frequency is for, the order of switching on and the permissible combinations.
The Academy’s first level · Moscow and online
Three days of study from scratch: seven base frequencies, the safety technique, the initiation and your first practice together with a mentor. On site in Moscow and online.
No experience needed — the course is made for beginners. Step by step the mentor explains what each of the seven frequencies is for, the rules of safe work and the order of independent practice. After the days of study your groundwork at home begins: you work at your own pace while the mentor stays in touch and goes through your questions.
About the first level of training
In the Academy’s programme this is the compulsory first level: the student gets to know the seven base frequencies, the order of work, the safety rules and the sequence of independent groundwork.
In class you go through Farun-Buddha, Firast, Shaon, Zeus, Midi, Gektas and Anael: what each frequency is for, the order of switching on and the permissible combinations.
First the student gets to know the terminology and the limits of the method, then goes through the initiation and does practical assignments under a mentor’s guidance.
Regular practice begins after the days of study. The mentor answers questions, helps go through mistakes and assesses readiness for the next level.
Who the Basic Block is for
The course is designed for beginners. No prior experience is needed, but you must be willing to follow the safety rules and do the practical assignments regularly.

Suitable for anyone who wants to learn the foundations of the method step by step: the rules for working with the frequencies and how to practise on your own.

The course can be seen as an extra personal discipline for professionals who need to keep their attention, their boundaries and a steady working rhythm.

In the Academy’s programme the Basic Block is the first compulsory level, before the Buddhist Block, the Magic Block and the levels beyond.
The limits of the method
The Basic Block is the first level, but it too calls for discipline and an understanding of the limits. This section helps you choose the training with your eyes open.
The Academy’s practices belong to spiritual development and do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment or psychological help.
The Academy promises no identical result for everyone. What matters is regularity, following the instructions and the mentor’s feedback.
At the first level it is important to work in order: the stance, the permissible load, finishing the practice and keeping a diary of observations.
The Basic Block lays the foundation. The Buddhist Block and the levels after it become available after groundwork and an assessment of readiness.
Classes deal separately with consent, neutrality of intention and a correct attitude towards other people.
Before enrolling you can ask the mentor questions, compare the on-site, online and one-to-one formats and choose a calm start.
Ask a questionHonest limits raise the quality of the training. If the course does not suit you right now, the mentor will suggest a safer first step for getting acquainted.
What the first level contains
The names and purpose of the frequencies are given in the terminology of the V. A. Petrov school. During the course the mentor explains the order of work, the safety rules and the routine of independent practice. Individual experience depends on how regularly you practise, on following the instructions and on the mentor’s feedback.
In the Academy’s method this is the introductory frequency of the Basic Block. In class you go through the order of opening it, the stance, the length of the practice and observation of your own condition.
About the Farun-Buddha frequencyIn the school’s tradition Firast belongs to the base cleansing frequencies. The practical part covers the order of the work, preparing the space and finishing a session correctly.
About the Firast frequencyShaon is studied as part of the base sequence and in combination with other frequencies. The mentor explains the order of switching on, the permissible load and the rules of self-observation during practice.
About the Shaon frequencyIn the programme Zeus is treated as an amplifying frequency. Particular attention goes to the order of combinations, the length of the work and the criteria for finishing the practice in good time.
About the Zeus frequencyMidi belongs to the informational pair Midi–Gektas. The course covers the differences between the two frequencies, the order of using them and keeping notes on independent practice.
About the Midi–Gektas pairGektas is studied together with Midi as the second half of the informational pair. The practice includes telling the frequencies apart, the order of opening and discussing observations with the mentor.
About the Midi–Gektas pairIn the terminology of the course Anael is linked with the theme of harmonious interaction. While studying it, ethics, neutrality of intention and respect for other people’s personal boundaries are discussed separately.
